Happie Soul Foundation is working to help individuals and families access supportive wellness services during times of illness, recovery, chronic pain, emotional stress, caregiving, financial hardship, and other life challenges.
Our goal is to reduce barriers to care by connecting approved applicants with trusted wellness providers in their community.
When funding is available, the Foundation pays the approved provider directly so clients can focus on receiving care with dignity, comfort, and support.
Please note: Our assistance program is currently being developed. Applications and funding will become available as donations, partnerships, and program resources grow.
Healing looks different for everyone. Happie Soul Foundation connects eligible individuals with compassionate, evidence-informed wellness services designed to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Through our network of approved providers, participants may receive services that promote comfort, reduce stress, improve mobility, encourage recovery, and enhance overall quality of life.
Services may include:
Medical and corrective massage therapy
Manual lymphatic drainage
Oncology-supportive wellness care
Trauma-informed bodywork
Reiki and nervous system regulation
Chiropractic care
Acupuncture
Mental health counseling
Nutrition and wellness coaching
Supportive skincare and esthetic services
Hair restoration and personal care services
Other approved integrative wellness therapies
When approved, Happie Soul Foundation coordinates payment directly with participating providers, allowing individuals to focus on what matters most—their healing journey.
Individuals complete a confidential application explaining their circumstances, wellness needs, requested service, and how assistance may support their well-being.
Applicants may apply for themselves, a dependent, or an immediate family member in their care.
Completing an application does not guarantee approval or funding.
Applications are reviewed with fairness, respect, and sensitivity.
The Foundation may consider:
The applicant’s current circumstances
The requested wellness service
The anticipated benefit of care
Provider availability
Available funding
Whether the request aligns with the Foundation’s mission and assistance guidelines
Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.
Approved applicants may be connected with a participating provider offering the requested service.
Whenever possible, the Foundation will consider the applicant’s location, accessibility needs, provider availability, and the type of care requested.
Applicants may also request to work with a provider they already know. The provider must meet the Foundation’s participation and approval requirements before services can be funded.
Once the service, provider, and funding are approved, the applicant can schedule care directly with the participating provider.
The approval notice will explain:
The service being funded
The approved number of sessions or funding amount
The timeframe for using the assistance
Any applicant responsibilities
Scheduling and cancellation requirements
Happie Soul Foundation pays the approved provider directly after eligible services are completed and verified.
Funds are not generally paid directly to applicants, and assistance cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used for unapproved services.
The program is being developed to support individuals and families experiencing circumstances such as:
Chronic pain or complex medical conditions
Cancer treatment or recovery
Surgery or physical recovery
Emotional stress, grief, or trauma
Caregiving responsibilities
Veteran or military-family challenges
Domestic violence recovery or major life transition
Financial hardship that limits access to wellness care
Other circumstances where supportive services may improve quality of life
Eligibility will be determined through the application process. A diagnosis may not always be required, but applicants may be asked to provide documentation related to the requested service or circumstances.
Happie Soul Foundation is not an insurance company, medical provider, or emergency assistance organization.
The program does not replace medical treatment, emergency care, health insurance, physical therapy, or services prescribed by a licensed medical professional.
Assistance may not be used for:
Emergency medical treatment
Hospital or physician bills
Prescription medications
Services received before approval
Unapproved providers or treatments
Cash reimbursement to the applicant
Gift cards or retail purchases unless specifically approved
Services unrelated to the Foundation’s charitable mission
Anyone experiencing a medical or mental health emergency should contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
Please be prepared to provide:
Your contact information
The type of service you are requesting
You may also request a consultation if you are not sure what might be most helpful
You may request more than one type of service - ie. Massage/Bodywork & Acupuncture
A brief explanation of your current circumstances
How the requested care may help
Your preferred provider, if applicable
Relevant supporting documentation, if requested
Information about other available resources or coverage
Your personal information will be handled respectfully and shared only as needed to review the request, coordinate approved services, and administer the program. Forms are HIPPA protected.
Assistance is based on available charitable funding and is not guaranteed.
The Foundation may approve the full request, approve a portion of the request, offer an alternative service, place an application on a waiting list, or decline a request that does not meet program guidelines.
Applicants are expected to communicate respectfully, attend scheduled appointments, and follow the provider’s cancellation and attendance policies. Happie Soul Foundation is not resposible for provider's polices.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may reduce or end approved assistance because the Foundation may still be responsible for the cost of the reserved appointment.
Depending on eligibility, provider availability, and available funding, assistance may include services that support comfort, stress reduction, mobility, recovery, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Examples may include:
Medical and corrective massage
Oncology-supportive massage or skincare
Lymphatic drainage
Trauma-informed bodywork
Reiki and stress-management services
Acupuncture
Chiropractic care
Mental health counseling
Nutrition support
Supportive skincare and esthetic services
Haircare or personal-care services during illness or recovery
Other approved wellness services
Medical equipment
Not every service will be available in every location. Approval will depend on the individual request, participating providers, program guidelines, and available funding.
Every donation helps move compassionate wellness care closer to someone who may otherwise go without it.
Support may help fund a massage for someone living with chronic pain, lymphatic care during recovery, stress support for a caregiver, or another approved service that restores comfort, hope, and connection.
Together, we can make wellness feel less out of reach.
